Jude Donato - Delivering Financial Risk Solutions with Lockton

Jude Donato serves as president of the Lockton Companies in Connecticut, where he delivers knowledgeable advice on private equity insurance and senior corporate risk management. His team works integrally with middle-market employers in designing workers compensation post-claim management programs. He also delivers actuarial and statistical analysis that enables financing risks to be accurately assessed. Jude Donato’s safety and loss control solutions are comprehensive, and he has in-depth knowledge of global property markets.

Mr. Donato began with Lockton in 2005, focusing on attracting and retaining an expanding clientele base. He earned inclusion on the Executive Committee in 2013, and was later named a member of the firm’s Competitive Advantage Group. Two years later, he was named New York office president. Since then, he has helped close more than 1,000 private equity transactions.

Mr. Donato played college and professional baseball. He spent two years with the Chicago Cubs and Texas Rangers organizations as a minor league infielder, and participated in MLB Spring Training. He presently assists the Tampa Bay Rays in securing unheralded talent as an amateur scout.
